Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the revenue authorities demarcated the suit property and submitted their report. He would further submit that the said demarcation report has been placed before the learned trial Court. He would contend that a direction may be issued to the learned trial Court to consider the report submitted by the revenue authorities while adjudicating the civil suit. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that during the pendency of this petition, the revenue authorities conducted demarcation and submitted their report, which has already been placed on record before the learned trial Court, therefore the learned trial Court is directed to consider the demarcation report while adjudicating the civil suit. 4. With the aforesaid observation(s) and direction(s), the present petition is disposed of. 3 5.
