Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 120B, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Ms. Namita Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma. 3. Petitioner and co-accused were the Collecting Agents of M/s Bharat Financial Inclusive Limited. It is alleged that the petitioner after collecting Rs. 63,773/- from the customers, had misappropriated the amount. 4. It was submitted that co-accused Santosh Kumar Tiwari against whom there is an allegation that he had misappropriated Rs. 10.00 lakhs from the customers, has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 10990 of 2023. It was further submitted that the petitioner had resigned from the company prior to the date i.e. 27.1.2022 when he is alleged to have misappropriated the aforesaid amount. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Namita Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma in connection with Satgawan P.S.
