The petitioner claims that petitioner has worked for the State and despite admission of payability towards the petitioner, the relevant State department has not paid the amount. 2. Mr. Deborshi Dhar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has drawn attention to Court to two communications of the State department at pages 42 and 44 of the writ petition and claims the money for a total sum of Rs.3,72,650.00. W.P.A. 1575 of 2025, A. Roy,J. 2 3. After hearing the submissions made on behalf of the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, this Court finds from page 44 of the writ petition that, the document clearly speaks of an admission for a sum of Rs.3,72,650.00. The said document is of June 20, 2023. Till today neither the said sum nor any part of it has been paid. The due is admitted. 4. In view of the above, respondent no. 6 is directed to pay a total sum of Rs.4,00,000/- out of which Rs.3,72,650.00 shall be the principal and the balance will be a lump sum interest. The payment shall be made by crediting the bank account of the petitioner through electronic mode. 5. In the event any formality is required to be carried out, upon prior intimation of the same, the petitioner shall do the needful and assist the respondent no. 6 in all respect. 6. The entire exercise including crediting the bank account of the petitioner shall be carried out and completed by the respondent no. 6 within six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 7. However, it is needless to mention that, if the record shows that the above payment has already made, then there shall be no requirement of making any further payment. 8. Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. W.P.A. 1575 of 2025, A. Roy,J. 3 9. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 1575 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs. 10.
