ORAL ORDER: Heard Ms. Mandava Abhigna, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of the Respondents in not considering the Representation of the Writ Petitioner dated 11.12.2024.
Having regard to the facts of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Tahsildar (MRC) (Respondent No.4) to consider the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 11.12.2024 (Ex.P.1) and pass a Speaking Crder in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today and communicate a copy of such Crder to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. 3. 4. Needless to state that the Respondent No.4 is statutorily obligated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notice to all the parties including the Writ Petitioner as well as the Unofficial Respondent No.6 herein, consider their submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the final order. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Crder along with a photocopy of the Representation (mentioned supra) to Respondent No.4 within one week from today, for effective compliance. 5. 3 Since the
learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the photographs in Ex.P.5, there shall be a direction to all the parties including the Unofficial Respondent No.6 herein to maintain status-quo obtaining as on today till the Tahsildar (Respondent No.4) disposes of the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 11.12.2024 (Ex.P.1).

7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands
disposed of. No order as to costs.
