Petitioner has filed this petition with the following reliefs: “a. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction quashing the transfer order dated 05.06.2025 being arbitrary, irrational and malafide (annexure P2). b. Grant interim relief by staying the operation of the transfer/displacement of the Petitioner pending final disposal of this writ petition. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the impugned transfer order dated 05.06.2025, she has moved representation before respondent-2 on 30.06.2025 but till date, the representation has not been decided. 3. At this stage, learned State counsel would submit on instructions that the authority concerned has decided the representation of the petitioner today itself, and now, petitioner, if she so desires, may approach the Committee constituted by the State Government vide notification dated 07.07.2025, and the Divisional Commissioner of the said Committee is the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner, so submitted against the order of authority concerned. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel that the representation of the petitioner has already been decided today itself, it is directed that respondent-2 shall immediately communicate the same to the petitioner within three days from today, and then he/she may move another representation before the Committee constituted by the State Government vide notification dated 07.07.2025 for redressal of his/her grievances, if any, the said Committee shall decide the representation of the petitioner in objective manner in accordance with law, as early as possible. 5.
