ORAL ORDER
The petitioner and the respondent and their respective counsels are present before the Courts.

Learned counsel for both the parties have filed the joint memo, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.2,20,000/- before the Trial Court. Now, the petitioner has paid the entire remaining amount of Rs.1,90,000/- to the respondent as per the order of the Trial Court as full and final settlement.
3. In view of filing of the joint memo and having complied with the order of the Trial Court, the petitioner is acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I. Act.
4. The petitioner is directed to deposit the fine amount of Rs.5,000/- before the Trial Court which shall vest with the

State within one week from today and produce the receipt before the Registry for having deposited the same. If the
learned counsel for the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount and produce the receipt, this criminal revision petition stands revived and the matter shall be listed before the Court on 04.02.2025 only if there is default in payment of fine of Rs.5,000/- which shall vest with the State.
Accordingly, the criminal revision petition stands disposed of.
