PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 03.11.2006 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool in C.C.No.555 of 2005 as confirmed in Crl.A.No.137 of 2006 on the file of the IV Additional Sessions Judge, Kurnool, dated 20.7.2007. 2. Heard. Perused the entire material on record. 3. Pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 26.3.2025, status report has been received from the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Kurnool, informing this Court about the death of the petitioner/accused on 11.7.2017 at Hyderabad due to ill health and a copy of the death certificate is also filed. Despite passing of 7 years, legal representatives of the petitioner have not come on record to prosecute the Criminal Revision Case. It seems that legal representatives of the petitioner/accused also have no interest to prosecute the present Criminal Revision Case. 4. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
