JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 14-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 386 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 317(2) of the BNS and under Section 21(c) of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 1075 bottles of codeine rich cough syrup from a tempo and the petitioner was found to be travelling in the same. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 5.12.2024. 5. Considering the huge recovery of codeine rich syrup, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
