For the State : Mr. Rajesh Kumar, A.P.P. ------ 06/ 14.10.2025 This revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 15.01.2025, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro, in connection with S.T. No. 278 of 2023 arising out of Bokaro Steel City P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023, whereby the prayer for release of the vehicle of the petitioner, bearing registration number JH-09-AU-9512 has been rejected, now the case is pending before the same court. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted in the case, in view of that the petitioner may kindly be provided the liberty to file a fresh petition before the learned court for release of the vehicle. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has got no objection. 4. In view of the above and further considering that the petitioner has already been acquitted by the judgment dated 20.02.2025 passed in connection with S.T. No. 278 of 2023 arising out of Bokaro Steel City P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023, contained in Annexure-2, this petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition for release of the vehicle in question before the learned court.
