This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 02.08.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.17447 of 2023.

Sri M.V.Vijayaditya Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri C.Prakash Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 02.08.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.17447 of 2023, hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case.
