The petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent- Board to consider the application in accordance with law in view of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in the case of Jigya Yadav (Minor through Guardian/Father Hari Singh) Vs. C.B.S.E. and Ors. reported in [(2021)7 SCC 535]. The application shall be considered expeditiously but not later than three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
