Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 A.M. for a period of one week and thereafter, every first and third Saturday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders dated 10.01.2025 in Crl.MP.No.345 of 2025 in CrlOP.No.30465 of 2024, is relaxed. 4.
