By order dated 20th January 2025, the petitioner was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- in this Court to show bona fides and accordingly, he has deposited the same on 23rd January 2025 vide D.D. The learned Advocate 2025:BHC-AUG:28748-DB pil-1.25 2 for the petitioner submits that voluntarily the petitioner is donating an amount of Rs.25,000/- to the Committee consisting of learned Registrar (Administration) of the High Court, Bench at Aurangabad and the Medical Officer of the High Court Medical Dispensary, Aurangabad.
