This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Case No. 8 of 2024, under Section 125 CrPC, Police Station Ramkola, District Kushinagar pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kushinagar expeditiously within stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case was filed by the applicant / wife for maintenance against her husband which is pending since 2024 and still lying at the stage of filing objection and the opposite party no. 2 is adopting delaying tactics in disposal of the said case and only dates are being fixed in the matter. It is further submitted that the applicant is in the condition of starvation for want of money. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 5. In the circumstances, the Court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. 6. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
