Heard; the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and the learned Government Pleader . 3. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent bank submits that, the petitioner’s bank account was put on the hold due to suspected credentials which were recorded by the 3rd respondent. Now the petitioner submitted an application to close the above bank account. Therefore, the 2nd respondent bank is willing to close the petitioner’s bank account and transfer the proceeds in the petitioner’s bank account to the bank account requested by the petitioner.
