Vaishnav appearing for the petitioner. 2.By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :- “(A) direct respondent authorities to reconsider the case of the petitioner for the appointment on the post of conductor by quashing and setting aside the office order dated 03.04.2025 rejecting the candidature of the petitioner; Annex ‘C’ (B) direct the respondent authorities to consider the application/representation made by the petitioner dated 11.04.2025 by showing liberal approach; Annex ‘E’ (C)Award the cost of the petition, and C/SCA/6870/2025 ORDER DATED: 08/05/2025 (D) grant any other relief or pass any other order which the Honourable Court may consider as just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3.At the outset, learned advocate Ms. Niyati Vaishnav, under instructions states that the petitioner does not want to press prayer 6(A) in this petition as the petitioner’s representation dated 11.4.2025 is already pending with the respondent authorities and the respondents may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law. 4.In view of that as the petitioner has not pressed for prayer made in paragraph No.6(A), the respondent authority and more particularly, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation dated 11.4.2025 preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law as early as possible and communicate the order to the petitioner by way of R.P.AD. 5.With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
