The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jagannathpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Pooja Pandey, learned J.M., 1st class, Chaibasa. 3. On 27.06.2025, 220 pieces of pipes were stolen from a field near Panchayat Bhawan, Jagannathpur. 4. It transpired that stolen pipes were removed from a truck bearing Registration No. BR-01GH-4907 and a Ertiga Car bearing Registration No. OD- 14AA-4044 was also found at the place of occurrence. 5. Statement of the owner of the Ertiga Car was recorded and he has stated that he had given his vehicle to the petitioner on rent. 6. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2025. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Pooja Pandey, learned J.M., 1st class, Chaibasa in connection with Jagannathpur P.S.
