It is represented that Sri Gade Venkateshwara Rao, learned Counsel for the Petitioner on record is no more. Be that as it may, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 would submit that the respondent No.5 was terminated from service. As such relief has become infructuous. 3. Sri Y. Nagi Reddy, learned Counsel for the respondent No. 5 would submit that against the termination order, they have preferred another Writ Petition in W.P.No. 27994 of 2018 and it was allowed vide orders dated 09.08.2018. 4. In the light of the prayer in the present Writ petition, as the respondent No. 5 was already terminated by way of orders dated 29.10.2018, the Writ 3 Petition is disposed of since no further orders are required in this matter. The copy of the Order is placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel.
