Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Murhu P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 17 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 70(2), 74, 127(1), 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4(2) of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned District Addl. Sessions Judge 1st, Khunti. 3. On 18.09.2024, the informant was gang raped by five accused persons near Adal Tola. The petitioner was identified by the prosecutrix in test identification parade as one of the rapists. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
