The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 21(b), 21(c), 22(b) & 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Cases, Hazaribagh. 3. On 25.05.2024, Korrah Police, on the basis of confidential information, raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 2.5 kgs of opium from there. 4. It was submitted that compliance of Section 42 of the N.D.P.S. Act has not been followed in this case. It was further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case without awaiting the report of the Forensic Science Laboratory, Ranchi. 5.
