Case No. 24 of 2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 8 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) & 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Godda. 3. It was submitted that 3.50 kgs of cannabis were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused persons. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. It appears that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with Hanwara P.S.
