Hon'ble Syed Qamar Hasan Rizvi,J. We have perused the record and have heard Shri S.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, and Shri Ravi Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents. The review application has been filed on the ground that the petitioners' flats were constructed much before the RERA authority came into existence. Shri Ravi Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents, however, points out that only partial completion certificates were issued earlier and that the final completion certificate was issued in the matter only on 23.10.2018. Once that is so, the RERA authority would be the appropriate authority to examine the petitioners' grievance. In view of the above, we find no occasion to review our earlier order. The review application is dismissed.
