Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 115 of 2025 arising out of Tisri P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge- I, Giridih. 3. On 26.11.2024, the petitioners along with co-accused are alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant by rod and when he fell down, the accused persons ran over their vehicle on the injured. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are in custody since February, 2025. It was further submitted that co-accused Dilchand Yadav has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 4046 of 2025 earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
