JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed questioning the orders passed on I.A.No.II in Crl.Misc.No.124/2023 dated 05.08.2023 by the VI Addl. Prl. Judge, Family Court, Bangalore whereby the court had granted interim maintenance of an amount of Rs.20,000/- to the wife. Aggrieved thereby the husband is before this court. 2. When this matter came up before this court, learned counsel for the respondent/wife submitted that there is likelihood of settlement. On 30.06.2025 this court had interacted with both the parties and both of them have agreed to amicably settle the dispute and it is submitted that they will come up with a joint memo. Now they have come up with a joint memo before this court stating that their marriage solemnized between the petitioner and respondent on - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24373 WP No. 25351 of 2023 14.05.1995 at G.K. Kalyana Mantapa, Banashankari, Bengaluru shall be dissolved in accordance with the Judgment dated 26.05.2020 passed by the Court of VI Addl. Prl. Judge, Family Court, Bangalore.The husband will withdraw MFA.No.2596/2021 by placing this joint memo before the Division Bench. The wife has agreed to withdraw all pending cases against the husband and also undertake that she will not make any kind of claim against the petitioner/husband and in terms of the joint memo. It is submitted that in terms of the joint memo the writ petition can be disposed of. 3. Having heard the learned counsels on either side, perused the joint memo placed before this court. Both the parties have amicably settled the disputes and they are going to file a memo before the Division Bench in MFA.No.2596/2021 and nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
