Case No. 06 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103 of the B.N.S. and subsequently, charged has been framed under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Sri Sanjeev Jha, learned A.J.C.-XVII, Ranchi. 3. On 09.01.2025, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the father- in-law of the informant by lathi. It appears that he had given several blows to the deceased, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
