Dash, Advocate For the State : Mr. Ajay Kr. Pathak, A.P. P. -------- 02/ Dated 13.02.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Dhalbhumgarh P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 118, 115(2), 126 & 109 of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Ghatshila. During the intervening period of 17/18.11.2024, free fight ensued between the accused persons and the informant party due to the land dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is general allegation against the petitioners. It was further submitted that petitioners also sustained injuries. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has submitted that there is allegation against both the persons to have assaulted two injured persons, out of which, one of the injured sustained grievous injuries on his head. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected at this stage. Petitioners, if so advised, may renew their prayer for bail after six months. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
