Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the suit was filed in the year 2010 and therefrom more than 14 years have been passed, instead of interfering with the impugned orders, I dispose of the Civil Writ Petition with a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit, if pending with it, expeditiously in accordance with law.
