The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuru P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.207 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Ms. Jaya Smita Kujur, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Lohardaga. It was submitted that a country-made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2025. It was also submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Jaya Smita Kujur, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Lohardaga, or her successor, in connection with Kuru P.S.
