ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. JUSTICE N. V. ANJARIA)
Paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of the order dated 24.08.2023 of learned Single Judge reads as under,
"5. It would be appropriate to direct the conclusion of the proceedings as reflected in Annexure-A relating to issuance of 11 E sketch within three months from the date of furnishing the certified copy of the order.
6. For any reason, if the said proceedings cannot be concluded within three months, the State to seek for extension of time by filing appropriate application before this court."
2. In the contempt petition which was filed for non-compliance of the above directions, it was pointed in course of the hearing today by learned Additional Government Advocate Mr. S.H. Raghavendra that as per the liberty reserved in paragraph No.6 of the order, the respondents had approached learned Single Judge with a prayer for extension of time.
3. By the order dated 03.02.2025, learned Single Judge granted extension for six weeks for compliance of the direction in paragraph No.5, afore-quoted, it was submitted.

4. The respondent-authority concerned shall comply with the direction of learned Single Judge within the extended time failing which, a fresh cause of action will arise to file a contempt petition.
5. The present contempt petition does not survive. It is accordingly disposed of.
