ORAL ORDER
This captioned petition is filed aggrieved by inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in not deciding the matter pending in case No.LND/HRP(D)78/2011-12 in terms of directions issued by a coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.21332/2023 dated 01.04.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondents.
3. Learned AGA on instructions submits that the order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court cannot be complied with, as there were several illegalities relating to grant of the petition land to the petitioner.
4. This contention is not available to the State having accepted the judgment rendered by the coordinate bench in the
judgment cited supra.

5. The present petition is filed seeking mandamus and therefore, the genuineness of grant or otherwise, cannot be established. Since there is clear inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in not disposing the matter pending before him in compliance of directions issued by this Court, this is a fit case where mandamus lies.
6. Accordingly, this Court passes the following:
ORDER
(i) Writ petition is allowed. (ii) The 2nd respondent is directed to dispose off the case No.LND/HRP(D)78/2011-2012 in terms of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.21332/2023 dated 01.04.2024.
(iv) This exercise shall be completed within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
