Statement of facts has been filed by the respondents, wherein it is being stated that in compliance to the order passed by this Court dated 14.12.2006, the claim of the petitioner came to be thoroughly considered and was found devoid of any merit and consequently rejected. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter in as- much-as, the record available in the file, seemingly, the respondents have complied with the order. 4.
