1. Affidavit of service is already on record.
2. The petitioner had previously alleged unauthorized construction on a public land at the behest of the private respondents.
3. Pursuant to the previous direction the issue was considered by the concerned Municipal Corporation when a reasoned order has been passed dated March 3, 2025, annexure P-3 at page 22 to the writ petition

2 wherefrom it appears that, the unauthorized and illegal construction/encroachment has been confirmed. The relevant order is available at page 24 to the writ petition.
4. Parties submit that, there has been no challenge to the said reasoned
order dated March 3, 2025 and the reasoned order has been fructified.
5. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, despite the said reasoned order being there, the Municipal Corporation has not yet taken any step to give any effect in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, the respondent no. 4 is directed to carry out and complete the direction of the said impugned order dated March 3, 2025 forthwith in accordance with law but positively within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
7. In the event, any Police assistance is required, jurisdictional Police shall provide all necessary assistance to the respondent no. 4.
8. Since affidavits are not called for, allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.
9. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 1121 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
10. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished expeditiously.
