ORAL ORDER
In this petition petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“i. Call for the records of the case bearing Spl.Case No.373/2021 on the file of the Hon’ble VI Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Mysuru.
ii. Allow this Criminal Petition, ordering the quashing the Charge Sheet filed thereto against the petitioner in Crime No.10/2021 pending before the Hon’ble VI Addl. District and Session Judge, Mysuru for the offences punishable implicating the Petitioner U/Sec.
498(A), 420 IPC, 323, 504 R/W Sec.34 of IPC, Sec.3 & 4 of DP Act, and Section 3(1)(r)(s), 3(1)(2) & e(2)(va) of S.C/S.T (P.O.A) Amendment Act, 2015 in Crime No.10/2021.
iii. Pass any other order / direction that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and appropriate in the present facts and circumstances of this case, in the interest of justice and equity.”

2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be
disposed as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to urge all contentions before the trial Court, which may be directed to consider the same and dispose of the proceedings in accordance with law.
3. Submission is placed on record.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to urge all contentions in the proceedings before the trial Court which is hereby directed to dispose of the proceedings in accordance with law.
Subject to the liberty and directions, petition stands
disposed of.
