Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Chaitanya Polisetty, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner, has stated that the order dated 26.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18134 of 2023 has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, requested this Court to withdraw this contempt case. 3. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
