CMP No. /2025 in RSA No. 360 of 2016 CMP No. /2025 in RSA No. 363 of 2016 Learned counsel for the appellants in RSA Nos. 360 & 363 of 2016 has filed two separate applications in the Court today for withdrawing himself from the case on the ground that he has been making the efforts to obtain instructions from the appellants but despite his best efforts, the appellants have not responded. Along with the applications, copies of registered letters sent to the appellants by the learned counsel for the appellants have been filed. The applications be registered. The applications are allowed for the reasons stated therein. The learned counsel for the appellants is permitted to withdraw from RSA Nos. 360 & 363 of 2016. Since there is no representations on behalf of the appellants and also from the conduct of the appellants, it appears that they were not interested to prosecute the appeals.
