The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 122/2024 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 33/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 96 & 351(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, subsequently Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act has been added, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Exclusive (POCSO) Act, Jamshedpur. 3. 17 years’ old daughter of the informant went missing. Subsequently, she was recovered. 4. During the course of investigation, statement of the victim was recorded, in which she has stated that she was having affairs with this petitioner and she left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish. 5. This appears to be the case of adolescence love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Exclusive (POCSO) Act, Jamshedpur in connection with Sonari P.S.
