Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to typographical error name of the father of the applicant has wrongly been mentioned as Babu Lal in place of Ganga Prasad [2025:RJ-JP:38372-DB] (2 of 2) [WMAP-24/2025] Gupta. In support of this application, the applicant has filed his own affidavit showing the correct name of his father. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
