The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 221/2024 arising out of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 176/2013, for the offence registered under Section 376 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Shatrunjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribag. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 6154/2024 vide order dated 28.10.2024. 4. On 02.09.2013, the petitioner entered into the house of the victim and raped her. 5. It was submitted that the statement of the victim was recorded during the trial and she has been declared hostile as she has not supported the prosecution case. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Shatrunjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribag or his successor in connection with S.T.
