Mr. Sanjib Das, learned advocate appears for the petitioner. Mr. Samrat Paul, learned advocate appears for the respondents/state. The petitioner claims its unpaid remuneration who has worked for the state authority in terms of a work
order issued by the respondent no. 5 at pages 14 to 17 to the writ petition. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated July 1, 2025 which has not yet been considered. In view of the above, the respondent no. 5 is
directed to consider the representation dated July 1, 2025 by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law. In the event, the respondent no. 5 needs any clarification or any documents, the respondent no. 5 shall call for the same from the petitioner in writing and the petitioner shall provide the same forthwith before the respondent no. 5.
2 The entire exercise shall be carried out and completed by the respondent no.5 positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner within a further period of one week thereafter. This order shall not create any right or equity in favour of the petitioner if the claim of the petitioner or any part of it does not succeed before the respondent no.5 strictly in accordance with law. It is made clear that even if the claim of the petitioner or any part of it is allowed by the respondent no. 5, no interests shall be claimed or granted there upon.
Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition is deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.
With the above observations and directions, this writ petition, WPA 16793 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
