The instant petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 22.11.2023 passed by Respondent No. 2 in RST/5263/2022 (Computerized Case No. T202216530305263) (Bhagmani Devi Vs. Faiz Ahmad) as well as impugned order dated 21.05.2021 passed by Respondent No. 2 in Case No. 01889 of 2021 (Computerized Case No. T202116530301889) (Bhagmani Devi Vs. Faiz Ahmad) under section 34 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing a revision and, therefore, the present writ petition may not be entertained. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
