SRINIVAS POLAVARAPU The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the notice issued by the 3rd Respondent in Rc.No.900/2017/18 dt. 5-6-2018 and the order of the 4th Respondent Rc.No.01/06/2018 dt. 30-6-2018 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the above orders and direct the responses 3 and 4 to continue the petitioner as secretary of 4th Respondent society.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Ganga Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Respondents- Authorities have complied with the interim orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018, dated 18.07.2018 and the Petitioner was reinstated into service, he attended the work till the age of 60 years and thereafter the Petitioner has filed another writ petition seeking extension of his age of superannuation from 60 years to 62 years and the same was also allowed. The Petitioner continued his service and retired on 30.09.2024 after attaining the age of superannuation of 62 years. 3. Sri A.Krishna Kishore, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation would submit that, recording the above submissions, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, since no further orders are required in this matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
