CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.143 OF 2022 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction to declare the action of Respondents in freezing the bank account of Petitioner vide bearing No.20145215388 in pursuance of Letter of Communication dated 16.01.2017 issued by the Respondent No.6 to Respondent No.5 and the consequential Letter of Communication dated 15.02.2019 issued by the Respondent No.5 to the Petitioner as per se illegal, manifestly arbitrary, void ab initio, patently unsustainable and dehors jurisdiction and opposed to the very spirit and nature of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India besides being violative of Principles of Natural Justice and to consequently direct the Respondents to enable the Petitioner to operate the said bank account by de-freezing the same and setting aside the said Letters of Communication. Heard Sri A.Sri Krishna Sai Bhargav, learned counsel for writ petitioner and Sri V.Farook, Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home representing State. 03. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 04. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently I.A.Nos.1 to 3 of 2022 are also dismissed.
