The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief : “to declare the Sl.Nos. 2,6,9 and 11 of the required tender documents details of the e-procurement tender dated 23.02.2017 issued by the 2nd Respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Circular Memo N.Mo.13628/K1/2002-1, dated 14.10.2002 Rule 11 (ii) of Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad Tender Rules, 1970 and Section 50 (1) of the AP Cooperative Society Act, 1964” 2. This Court vide Order dated 01.03.2017 passed interim order in W.P.M.P.No.8652 of 2017 directing the respondents to accept the e-procurement tender filed by the Petitioner without insisting upon payment of Earnest Money Deposit, however, subject to fulfilling the other conditions specified thereunder. 3. In view of passage of time and changed circumstances, the cause in this Writ Petition does not appear to survive for adjudication. 3 4. The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
