Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as Mr. P. K. Das, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and only due to pendency of the instant Criminal Petition, the respondent No.2 has not withdrawn the C.R. Case No.10/2025. 3. Mr. P. K. Das, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has also submitted that he has been instructed by the respondent No.2 to intimate this Court that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Page No.# 3/3 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, no purpose would be served by keeping the C.R. Case No.10/2025 pending before the Trial Court. Hence, considering the circumstances, the C.R. Case No.10/2025 pending before the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kokrajhar is hereby quashed and this Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
