It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and only due to pendency of the instant Criminal Petition, the respondent No.2 has not withdrawn the C.R. Case No.10/2025. 3. Mr. P. K. Das, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has also submitted that he has been instructed by the respondent No.2 to intimate this Court that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Hence, considering the circumstances, the C.R.
