The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against him in FIR No.371 of 2021 dated 20.08.2021 of SHO, Anakapalli P.S., Vishakapatnam District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/w 34 IPC. 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Recording the same, the Criminal petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
