Case No. 87 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 308(3), 324(4), 324(5), 326(f), 111(2)(b), 111(4), 61(2) & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of Smt. Vidyawati Kumari, learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. On 02.12.2024, Rangdari was demanded from the informant, who is a local contractor, by P.L.FI. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that his name has come in the confession of co-accused Sandeep Pramanik. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
