Case No. 184 of 2025 arising out of Giddi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1891 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308(5) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Hazaribagh. 3. On 05.07.2024, Rangdari was demanded from the informant, who is a contractor carrying out the work of upgradation of Middle School, Giddi. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was also submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused Milan Turi and Taiyab Ali have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Hazaribagh in connection with S.T.
