The said respondent late Roop Singh is stated to have expired on 28.02.2021 and the same is clear from the perusal of the death certi昀椀cate appended with the application as Annexure P-1. The applicants have also placed on record the copy of the legal heir certi昀椀cate of deceased respondent No.5 which is appended in the application as Annexure P-2. The present application which has been 昀椀led for deletion of name of deceased respondent No.5 and impleading his legal heirs in the intended facts and circumstances of the case is allowed and the persons named in the legal heir certi昀椀cate are impleaded as party respondents No. 5(a) to 5(d). The name of late respondent No.5-Roop Singh is ordered to be deleted from the array of the parties. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections. Learned counsel for the applicants prays a weeks’ time to 昀椀le the amended memo. The needful shall be done on or before the next date of hearing. Application stands disposed of.
