Order on Board 08.08.2025 1) Mr. Shadangi, learned Panel Lawyer, would submit that the petitioner, who was holding the post of Revenue Inspector, was promoted to the post of Assistant Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE
-2- Superintendent, Land Records, and was directed to be posted temporarily from the date of joining till further orders in the Office of Collector, Land Record Section, District Kanker, from the Office of Collector, Land Record Section, District Raigarh, vide order dated 02.01.2021. He would further submit that the
order dated 02.01.2021 is under challenge in this petition. He would also submit that the petitioner has forgone his promotion order, and the same has been stayed by this Court on 14.01.2022. He would further submit that the petitioner is still working on the post of Revenue Inspector; therefore, the State would not press the order of posting pertaining to the petitioner; thus, the State may be permitted to issue a fresh transfer order if the occasion arises. 2) Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would endorse the submissions made by Mr. Shadangi. 3) Taking into consideration the undertaking given by Mr. Shadangi that the State would not press the posting order dated 02.01.2021, as the petitioner has not joined on the promoted post and is still working on the post of Revenue Inspector in the Office of Collector, Land Records, Raigarh. The State would be at liberty to take decision on transfer of services of the petitioner, if occasion so arises. 4) Accordingly, this petition is hereby disposed of. 5) Interim relief, if any, granted earlier, is hereby vacated.
