The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in Ramashankar S/o Ramadhar Mishra Vs. State of Maharashtra, in Writ Petition No.2495 of 2024 with connected petitions, decided on 11.06.2026. 2. The learned AGP has addressed the Court on the applicability of the aforesaid judgment to the facts and circumstances of the present case. 3. Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned Counsel for the respective parties, we find that the grievance raised by the petitioners can appropriately be considered and adjudicated upon by the Grievance Committee constituted pursuant to the order dated 16.06.2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1775 of 2026. The reliefs sought in the present petition substantially fall within the jurisdiction of the said Grievance Committee. In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to relegate the petitioners to the said remedy. 4. The petitioners are, accordingly, at liberty to approach the Grievance Committee with their grievance. In the event the petitioners approach the said Committee, the Committee shall MPBalekar 2026:BHC-NAG:10627-DB (2) 15-wp5185-2025 consider and decide the grievance of the petitioners expeditiously, in accordance with law and on its own merits. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All contentions of the parties are kept open. (JUDGE) (JUDGE) MPBalekar
